The salon sits in a freestanding 2,400 square foot building with 20 chairs for hair and makeup, plus facial waxing. Valet parking runs Tuesday through Saturday, and guests may not self-park in the lot while valet is present, though street parking is available. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 8 AM to 7 PM, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. Mondays are by appointment only from 10 AM to 3 PM, and the salon is closed Sundays. Before a first visit, clients can speak with an Experience Coordinator to choose a staff member.

Hair services include women's cuts from $85 to $300, men's cuts from $80 to $120 and blow dries from $70 to $120. Color options run from single process at $150 and two process from $275 to $500 to partial foils from $200 to $375 and full foils from $275 to $500. Balayage and corrective color are priced after consultation. Hair extensions are also priced after consultation, which is required before booking, and payment is taken when the booking is made. Prices shown online are starting points and may change after consultation.

Specialized work includes Kerastase Luxury Ritual services, which are in-salon treatments customized after a consultation and created with Fusio-Dose Hair Lab, and keratin smoothers for dull, dry or damaged hair. The salon does not accommodate bridal parties of three or more inside the salon.

A credit card on file is needed to reserve an appointment. Reminders go out by email at booking and by email and text 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice to avoid fees; no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service cost and late cancellations are charged half. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is not accepted, and the appointment must be rescheduled. Credit card payments carry a 3% fee, while debit cards and cash do not. Clients who are dissatisfied may request a retouch with the same stylist within 5 days, and retouches booked within 14 days of the original service are free.

The salon is built around a supported team, and clients are matched with a staff member through a consultation with an Experience Coordinator.
