Each extension is applied individually with a premium medical-grade adhesive. Classic extensions are placed at a 1:1 ratio for a subtle, natural-looking enhancement. Hybrid extensions use a 70-30 blend of classic and volume lashes. Volume extensions fan several lashes out and apply them to one natural lash for a fuller look, and Mega Volume places up to 16 extensions on a single natural lash. The studio also offers bottom lash extensions, which cost $65 for a full set or $3 per lash and take about 30 minutes to an hour, along with lash removal at $45 and a lash lift at $120. The lash lift changes the shape and color of natural lashes rather than adding extensions.

Full sets are $170 for Classic, $210 for Hybrid, $230 for Volume and $300 for Mega Volume. Fills are priced by the number of weeks since the last visit. Classic fills are $70 at two weeks, $85 at three and $110 at four. Hybrid fills are $95, $110 and $130. Volume fills are $120, $140 and $160. Mega Volume fills are $180, $210 and $250. Clients who bring in lash work done elsewhere pay a $45 consultation fee, which is applied to the service, plus a $15 foreign fill fee on refills. A refill needs at least 40 percent lash retention per eye, and fewer than 20 lashes per eye is treated as a full set.

Booking requires a non-refundable $45 deposit that is applied to the service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, same-day cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full appointment total. Future bookings are blocked until any balance is paid. Late arrivals have no late fee but may get a shorter appointment, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Appointments before 8 AM, after 5 PM, on weekends, on holidays or as squeeze-ins carry an extra $50 to $200, and after-hours fees for 5 PM to 11 PM range from $50 to $200. Deposits and tips are accepted only through CashApp and Venmo. Policies may change at any time without notice.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face free of makeup, oils and creams, and to avoid caffeine and energy drinks. Mascara is not recommended on extensions because it can make them fall out faster. Clients can swim, shower and exercise with extensions, and can shower the same day as their application. The business states that it displays a satisfaction guarantee.
