The studio is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients who need a time outside those hours can book an After Hours appointment for $35 by messaging the stylist. The portfolio includes color transformations, color correction, a full highlight with a haircut, a bleach retouch, and a gloss with a haircut.

Larger services take a non-refundable deposit of 20% that goes toward the total price. Smaller services have fixed deposits listed on their booking details. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a 30% fee. A 15-minute grace period applies, and after that the appointment is cancelled and 30% of the total is charged. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
