The facial menu ranges from a customized facial and an acne correction facial to a signature facial that combines exfoliation with relaxing massage. Other options include a brightening peel using an AHA resurfacing peel, a gua sha facial finished with a cooling algae mask, a buccal facial combining lymphatic drainage, myofascial techniques and intra-oral work, a Hadado Japanese lifting facial inspired by traditional Kobido, and a Divine Face Lymphomodelling facial. Hydrafacial is also offered, with cleansing, exfoliation, a glycolic and salicylic peel, pore purification, a hydrating serum and sunscreen. The spa describes it as non-invasive with minimal downtime.
Facial massages include a dry skin massage performed without oils, gua sha, lifting and lymphatic detox brush sessions, and a Divine Face massage, which is not recommended for sensitive skin. Body work centers on Ballancer Pro lymphatic drainage compression therapy. The spa says it is a leading compression system for lymphatic drainage. Clients are asked to drink water before and after, avoid heavy meals and alcohol and caffeine around the session, skip hot baths or showers right afterward, and wear loose clothing.
Sunlighten infrared sauna sessions are available. Bamboo carbon towels are placed on the benches to absorb sweat, and clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and avoid oil or lotion beforehand. The spa does not recommend sauna use for children 12 and under. Professional makeup is done with Jane Iredale skincare makeup, which the spa describes as fragrance-free, filler-free, cruelty-free and free of parabens, talc and phthalates.
Appointments can be booked through the site or by contact form, and the spa lists hours of Tuesday to Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm, closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of half the service cost, which must be paid before future bookings. Concerns about a service should be raised within 72 hours, and a complimentary redo may be arranged.
The spa describes its approach as integrative, combining corrective skin treatments with lymphatic-focused care and long-term results. It says its services and products are science-based and use organic and natural ingredients.
The spa says its space was designed to support balance, skin health and overall well-being.
