Clients can begin with a 30-minute consultation at no charge. It is a one-on-one session covering skin concerns and goals, a skin analysis, education and recommendations. For Zo Chemical Peel, the right peel is chosen after that consultation.

Glo2Facial is one of the main lines at the salon. The standard version is a 60-minute three-in-one facial that combines Oxfoliation, ultrasound and detox massage, offered in seven variants. A 90-minute radio-frequency version adds radio-frequency and oxygen bubble Oxfoliation to that combination, offered in six variants. Anti-aging facials use Geneo-X technology, including Oxfoliation, ultrasound-infused ampoules or radio-frequency, alongside an LED mask and a face and V-neck massage. Teen, pre-teen and acne facials focus on cleansing, extractions and skin-type-appropriate masks, with LED light in the teen and acne versions.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Sundays. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as soon as possible so it can reschedule. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
