The facial menu runs from a short VIP Glow Boost Facial to a longer VIP Deluxe Signature Facial, with named options for acne, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, oxygen cleansing, a men's facial and a bridal facial. The Dermaplane Glow Facial is open only to existing facial clients, so new clients need to book another facial first. The waxing menu covers the face, brows, lip, chin, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, stomach, and bikini and Brazilian areas, with single-area services and larger combined sessions.

Bundled waxing packages include Back to Basics, Bare Essentials, Signature Smooth, Vacay Ready, The VIP Bride, The Gentleman Classic, Suit and Tie for men, and VIP Total Body. Add-ons such as High Frequency, extractions, hydrating and oxygen masks, Celluma LED light therapy and a Lymphatic Leg Booster using compression boot therapy can be added to a visit. The studio describes its Celluma LED light therapy as FDA-cleared and scientifically proven.

Hours run Monday 8 AM to 2 PM, Wednesday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, with Tuesday and Sunday closed. Some waxing services need hair about the length of a grain of rice, with no shaving for at least three weeks beforehand. Some services also require avoiding retinoids, scrubs, AHAs or BHAs, and professional exfoliation for at least seven days. Clients are asked to arrive on the table within seven minutes of their booking time.
