A visit begins at the door, where Khai greets guests, learns what they want and pairs them with a technician. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is open, though appointments are recommended. Each service comes with two complimentary drinks, chosen from a frozen margarita, soft drink, hot coffee, house wine, champagne or a classic cocktail; alcoholic drinks require ID showing the guest is 21 or older. The salon has nine spa chairs for pedicures and a private room for up to six guests with two 70-inch TVs, free of charge.
The menu covers ten spa pedicures, from a $34 classic to a $79 candle pedicure, along with classic and deluxe manicures, and acrylic, gel, dipping powder and powder sets. Nail colors are mixed in-house, so a photo, outfit or swatch can be matched, and the salon says almost any design can be recreated from a client's photos. Beyond nails, it offers waxing, cluster, natural, hybrid and super full volume lash extensions, eyebrow tint, facials, and a mini manicure and pedicure combo for children under 8.
Clients are matched with a technician at the door, and every set is checked before they leave. The salon says it will not let clients leave with work it would not put its name on.
The manicure room has stone archways, blue ceiling lights, a crystal chandelier and a London skyline mural on the floor.
