Visits begin with an in-depth consultation covering skin and lifestyle, so that home care and salon treatments can work together. Products are customized to each client's skin using holistic spa products and services. The spa describes its philosophy as creating a light and positive space and says it values integrity and trust. Treatment areas are private and cozy, styled with the comforts of home.

Treatments run from Express (Clinical) sessions of 30 to 50 minutes to Pampered sessions of 60 to 75 minutes. Facials include the Essential Spa Facial and the Ultra Resurfacing Treatment. Waxing includes the Bikini Wax Basic and high and tight bikini wax, and brow shaping or clean-up, makeup application and a Spa Pedicure are also offered. Complimentary 20-minute consultations are available, and a free skin consult can be booked through the website. Virtual consults cover SkinReading, skin analysis or custom blending.

The spa hosts makeup classes, tutorials and events. It says it provides continuing Bioelements education for its esthetic staff and runs an Associates Program to mentor and train new beauty professionals. The spa says it has been named a Bioelements World Class spa and was selected for the 2018 Virginia Beach Small Business Excellence Award in skin care.

Gift packages for products and services are available, including for corporate purchases. Samples are offered, and clients are asked to try products before buying. Unopened, undamaged products can be returned for a refund within 60 days, and unopened products returned 61 to 90 days after purchase receive store credit. Opened products may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days, based on the amount used. Appointments lasting more than 30 minutes fall under the cancellation policy, and no-shows are charged the regular appointment fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled treatment at regular price. The facility is for adults only, except for brief waxing appointments.
