About

Violet Threading & Lash Studio is located in the Mt Prospect Plaza in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Its menu is organized around threading, lashes, waxing, hair and men's grooming, so a single visit can cover brows, lashes, a haircut or a wax.

Threading is the studio's core offering. Eyebrow threading, eyebrow and upper lip threading, and eyebrow threading with tint are all listed, with a short appointment for brow threading and a little longer for combined brow and lip work or a tinted brow.

Lash services cover individual lashes and mink lashes. Waxing includes a full body wax, which excludes the stomach and back, and a Brazilian wax; the Brazilian wax is booked by calling the studio rather than online. Hair services are limited to haircuts and an ammonia-free hair touch-up. Men can book eyebrow grooming and nose waxing.

Booking happens online, and clients choose between paying the whole amount at booking or putting down a deposit and paying the balance at the studio. Any service priced below the deposit amount has to be paid in full when it is booked. Card transactions run through Ionic; the studio never sees or keeps card details. To move or cancel an appointment for a change or refund, clients call at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling inside that window, or not turning up, forfeits the payment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean a shorter service or a rescheduled appointment.

Products can be bought online and picked up at the studio. Client names, phone numbers and emails are used only to confirm and remind appointments and are not sold or shared for marketing.
