Brow services range from a quick men's brow wax and simple shaping to a full visit that adds a customized brow stain or a lamination. Brow lamination needs the brows to stay dry for 24 hours afterward and daily conditioning, and the studio offers a 2 to 3 week maintenance visit that includes a brow wax, trim and brow hydration.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, body and Brazilian areas. Brazilian clients who pre-book at their appointment receive $5 off the next one. A Brazilian can be paired with a calming mask or an underarm wax, and a Brazilian with a vajacial adds cleansing, steaming, ingrown hair removal, a breakout mask and serums.
Lash services include a three-step lash lift with optional tint, which the studio says lasts 6 to 8 weeks, a Korean lash lift using a cysteamine lotion, and a stand-alone lash tint. Lashes must stay dry for 24 hours after a lift.
Bundles are a practical choice for people who want more than one service in a single visit. The Smooth & Sculpt package combines waxing and brow services for less than booking them separately. Clients with existing packages simply book as usual, and credits apply at checkout.
New clients are asked to put a credit card on file when they book, a one-time step that holds the appointment. A cancellation made with under 12 hours' notice, or a no-show, is charged 30% of the total service cost, or the deposit is kept where a deposit applies. Guests are asked to arrive on time, and a 10-minute grace period applies when it doesn't affect other clients. Payment is collected after the service in cash, by Zelle, by Venmo or by card. Parking is on the street along Broadway and on nearby side streets. The studio is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and closed on Tuesdays and Sundays.
