The color menu runs from glosses and root retouches to color correction, fantasy color, blonding, full color and balayage. Gloss is a full-coverage, deposit-only option, and root retouch is aimed at covering gray on regrowth between appointments. The salon is open Tuesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients who are running late should call ahead, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price to the card on file, and a $50 cancellation fee applies to last-minute changes as well. If a card declines, the fee must be paid before rebooking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
