The studio calls itself a luxury hair extension and color studio and states that healthy hair and luxury can coexist. Its focus is custom color, luxury extensions, silk presses and installs, with braids, haircuts, styling, treatments and makeup also on the menu.

Luxury sew-in and lace services use premium hair the studio supplies, and outside hair is not accepted for those services. Lace closure and lace frontal sew-ins need any color services finished at least 7 days beforehand, and same-day changes are not allowed for lace closure sew-ins. Maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks is recommended for sew-in, hybrid and luxury extension services, and Extension Maintenance/Reinstall is available for studio-purchased hair only.

Several services need a deposit: Full Dimensional Highlight/Balayage and Half Up/Half Down Sew-In for new clients, Partial Dimensional, Luxury Silk Press, Ultimate Silk Press Experience and Full Face Makeup, as well as Single Process Color Package and Color Correction Service, which are non-refundable. Cancellations made 24 hours before an appointment are charged 50% of the service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. A consultation is required before Color Correction Service, Microlink Install and Double Process Color Package.
