Waxing makes up most of the menu. Body options range from a small stomach or toe session to a full back or full leg, and face services cover areas like the lip, chin, ears and hairline as well as a full face. The studio uses a hard wax, and it recommends a gentle ingrown hair serum for daily use after waxing. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long for best results, and for underarm waxing about the size of a grain of rice.

Brow services cover mapping and shaping, waxing, tinting and brow lamination. A lamination takes about an hour, with tint adding time, and the semi-permanent result is described as lasting six to eight weeks with proper aftercare. Each lamination comes with a take-home aftercare kit, and a maintenance visit with a wax and hydration treatment is offered three to four weeks later.

Lash services include lash tints, lash lift maintenance and the Korean lash lift, which now always includes tint unless the client opts out. Stephany offers lash extensions in styles from natural to dramatic, customized to eye shape and preferences.

Every visit starts with a consultation so the service can be tailored to the client. Some longer services require a deposit. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours' notice, and a 7-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Clients using Accutane cannot have waxing or brow lamination, and retinols, vitamin C and BHAs should be avoided five to seven days before an appointment.

Every service begins with a consultation and is customized to the client.
