The hair menu covers haircuts, blowouts, color, highlights, balayage, hair treatments and hair extensions. Women's haircuts are priced by stylist level, and a haircut includes a shampoo, cut and signature blowout; longer, thicker or denser hair may carry an extra fee. Blowouts range from a signature style with volume at the root and straight ends to flat iron, brush, curl, formal and bridal styling, and buying blowouts in packages of three to twelve brings a discount. Keratin smoothing, Japanese straightening, Japanese retouch and permanent waves are also offered, and keratin smoothing usually takes two to three hours with a consultation recommended. According to the salon, its hair stylists are European trained. Color adjustments and haircut adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the service, and color appointments are requested through a reservation form on the online booking page.

The spa side includes facials built around a personalized treatment plan, with the Signature Facial addressing concerns such as acne, aging, dehydration or sensitivity. Skin care uses Osmosis Beauty ingredients, which the site describes as patented. The HydraFacial range runs from Refresh through Clarify, Brighten and Restore to Detoxify with Lymphatic Drainage, and first-time Refresh is priced lower. Other facial options include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, radio frequency, peels and infusion skin rituals. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, prenatal, reflexology and lymphatic drainage, with an array of add-on enhancements priced from $15 to $75. Body contouring uses Neveskin, a device that alternates heating and cooling to shape the body, along with Celluma LED therapy, a body sculpting massage and Detox By Rebecca, a lymphatic drainage treatment created by lymphatic drainage specialist Rebecca Faria. The salon says Neveskin treatments are pain-free, non-invasive and take under an hour.

Nail services include manicures, pedicures, gel polish, dip powder, Apres Gel-X, LCN and Luminary enhancements, and the salon also offers makeup application, makeup lessons, eye makeup, lash enhancements and airbrush spray tanning in face, leg, half body and full body options. Bridal and party options include the DE-Luxe Suite, which can be reserved for a private party while guests are styled in the salon, and Girls Night Out packages. Spa parties are held in the spa with champagne and strawberries included. A VIP membership has a one-time enrollment fee and a monthly fee, with options that include a 50-minute Swedish massage or a DE-Luxe facial each month. Members also receive 10% off retail purchases and exclusive spa upgrades. The boutique sells retail and at-home care products, and VIP members get a discount on them.

Booking an appointment requires a credit card on file. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the booked services, and same-day no-shows or no-calls are charged 50% of all scheduled services or packages. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before spa treatments. Massage is limited to adults 18 and older; anyone under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. A gratuity can be added to bookings of 2.5 hours or longer and to all formal styling and makeup services. Massage prices do not include gratuity and are subject to New Jersey sales tax. Hair services begin with a one-on-one consultation with the stylist, and colorists tailor color to each client's style, skin tone and eye color.
