Vinaccia Hair Studio
Studio in Winter Park, FL
Vinaccia Hair Studio operates from Suite 117 inside Phenix Salon Suites in downtown Winter Park and is run by owner Jenn Lenos. Each guest is seated alone in a private suite, and the schedule leaves gaps between appointments. The studio describes its atmosphere as calmer and more personal than a busy, social salon. Clients stay with Jenn for the entire visit and are not handed off to assistants. Free Wi-Fi, device chargers, drinks, snacks and soft background music are provided during appointments. New clients begin by completing the New Guest Consultation Form. Before the first visit, they send three to four recent photos of their hair along with three to four inspiration photos. Color suggestions take into account the client's hair, what they want to achieve, past color work and how much upkeep they are willing to do. Each formula is saved so it can be replicated at future appointments. Prices are set around typical hair length, density and color history. Longer or thicker hair, dark or previously colored hair, and root touch-ups left eight or more weeks overdue carry added charges. The studio works with Megix10, a professional color line from the Italian brand Mowan that uses a low-ammonia formula and takes roughly 10 to 15 minutes to process. The studio states that it is among the lowest-ammonia options available. The manufacturer puts ammonia content at about 1% in darker shades and up to 2.7% in ultra-lift blondes. Because the line contains PPD, it is not appropriate for every client with a hair dye allergy, so anyone who has reacted to hair color in the past is asked to let the studio know before booking. The formula also contains Kera-Veg 18, a conditioning blend of amino acids and proteins sourced from plants. While color is developing, clients can add short facial treatments without lengthening their appointment. Options include red light therapy from a medical-grade panel holding 60 LEDs that emit 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light. The studio reports output above 120 mW/cm² at six inches. This service is intended for redness and collagen support, but it does not replace medical care or sun protection, and outcomes differ from person to person. Microcurrent facial toning, eyebrow waxing, and eyebrow or lash tinting are also available in this way. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to rebook. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance incur a fee of 20% of the booked services. Parking is available behind Bang & Olsen, in the lot surrounding the building, and in an unpaved overflow space behind KeKe's lot. Questions can be directed to 407.900.3656 or Jenn@vinacciahair.com. The studio is listed as open Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
