Vida Massage

Vida Massage operates from suite H-1 at 1400 Buford Highway NE in Sugar Hill and takes bookings by appointment. Owner Karina started working for herself in 2017 and began operating under the Vida Massage name. The name came from a business class she took during massage school.

The massage menu includes therapeutic, Swedish, prenatal, couples and stretch therapy. Therapeutic and Swedish massage are $70 for 30 minutes, $120 for 60 minutes and $170 for 90 minutes. Prenatal massage is $120 for 60 minutes or $170 for 90 minutes and is available from the first trimester with a doctor's note. Couples massage is priced per person at $120 for 60 minutes or $170 for 90 minutes, with two guests in the same room, each with their own therapist, pressure and focus. Stretch therapy is $100 for 50 minutes and is assisted, with the therapist moving the client through each stretch.

Facial services center on a customized facial that is 60 minutes and costs $135. It begins with a skin assessment, then includes deep cleansing and exfoliation and treatment of the skin's needs that day, and ends with tips for caring for the skin at home. Korean bioelectric therapy uses the R4U bioelectric system and a gentle current along the body's meridians.

Elevations are add-on treatments that can be booked with a session: cupping therapy, ear candling, an infrared jade and tourmaline mat, a percussion therapy gun and scalp massage. Members receive monthly credits usable on visits and a complimentary elevation with each session, and can also use credits toward the customized facial. Gift certificates work for any massage or facial and can be emailed right away or picked up in person. New clients complete a short online intake form before their first visit, and HSA or FSA funds can be used for massage with a physician's prescription.
