A brow visit begins with a consultation and brow mapping, followed by waxing and product recommendations. Signature Brows, formerly called Brow Shape plus tint or stain, adds a brow stain or tint. Brow stain can last 5 to 10 days on skin and about six weeks on hair, depending on skin type and aftercare, and brows look bold for the first few days. Brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks, and the studio suggests rebooking about every 8 weeks. Tint and stain need some hair to adhere to for the best results.

Skin care includes dermaplaning and Glymed facials, from a basic dermaplaning visit to a longer signature facial with a skin analysis, massage and LED light. The studio asks that facials not be booked together with brow treatments, and clients are asked to stop prescription products on the skin 7 to 10 days before brow services. Visits can include a relaxing massage, music and aromatherapy.

The studio also teaches brow work through one-on-one training for beginners and experienced artists. Training includes a complete kit, theory on sanitation and the studio's method, hands-on practice with models, a detailed manual, lunch and a professionally framed certificate. Listed course prices are $900 for lamination, $1,250 for brow shaping, $1,550 for shaping and tint, and $2,700 for a two-day course covering all three, and the business says course prices are subject to change.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before an appointment avoid a fee, while shorter notice is charged 50% of the service cost and a no-show is charged the full price. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a future appointment if the cancellation is within the allowed time. Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, must be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours ahead, and have a 10-minute grace period.

The studio says it prioritizes skin health and educating clients about their brows, and that it describes its brows as custom made. It also says it will advise against services it judges won't look good or shouldn't be done.

Visits can include music, aromatherapy and a relaxing massage.
