Top Lash Bar is a boutique-style lash studio at Mall of Georgia Blvd in Buford, Georgia. Beyond lash work, the menu covers brows, facials and teeth whitening, so one visit can address more than one area.

The studio is run by its owner, Kiomy Arce, who performs every treatment herself. Her lash extension work has been her specialty since 2015. She also teaches one-on-one lash extension courses in which students train on a live model with a lash kit, and students are certified on completing the class.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, including Mega Volume. They are described as water resistant and semi-permanent, and the studio notes they suit people with sparse or short natural lashes. Fill-ins are offered at one to four week intervals, and foreign fill-ins cover sets that another lash artist applied.

Brow services include ombre brows, combination brows, brow lamination and brow tinting. Brow lamination straightens, lifts and tints brows and is described as lasting up to six weeks, while brow tint is a semi-permanent color lasting two to three weeks depending on oil level and exfoliation habits.

Facials begin with a consultation and can be customized with deep pore cleansing, microdermabrasion, peels and hydrofacials. Teeth whitening is available as a mini session or an 80-minute session, which the studio states can brighten teeth up to four shades or more.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and late cancellations result in loss of the deposit. No-shows are charged the full cost of the service. Children and guests are not permitted at appointments, and clients who are sick are asked to reschedule. A one-time allowance is available for a last-minute change due to illness or a family emergency.
