The spa is at 356 Park Road in West Hartford and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 6pm. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. Reservations are recommended and a credit card is required to hold one. Walk-ins are not guaranteed an opening. Guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and late arrivals end at the scheduled time. Missed appointments are charged the full service price under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Groups of three or more appointments, or anyone booking a package, need 48 hours notice to cancel. Groups of up to four need one week, and groups of five or more need two weeks.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Facial to 75-minute treatments. Options include the Acne Facial, the Anti-Aging Facial, a LUMINOUS Vitamin C Facial, a HydroPeptide Facial, a REJUVENATE Ferulic and Retinol Facial, and microdermabrasion facials for the face and back. The 60-minute Therapeutic Deep Cleansing Facial includes extraction and a face and neck massage. The Resurfacing Facial uses a peel that combines five acids. The 15-minute Alpha Beta Peel is a medical grade peel formulated by Dr. Dennis Gross. Enhancements such as a scalp treatment or hand rejuvenation can be added to facials.

Massage choices include Swedish, deep tissue in several lengths, hot stone, prenatal, magnesium, and couples sessions. There is also a moisturizing aromatherapy oil massage in 30, 60, or 90 minutes, with a choice of four oil blends. Buying five 60-minute or five 90-minute massages at once saves 10 percent. A Reiki session is also offered, which the spa describes as a gentle, noninvasive energy healing practice.

Nail services cover manicures, pedicures, paraffin and salt scrub treatments, and gel work, including a Dazzle Dry manicure or pedicure. The spa describes Dazzle Dry polish as drying in about five minutes and lasting more than seven days. Clients who have shellac on their nails are asked to book a removal appointment first, and gel polish applied at another salon carries a $15 removal fee before a Shellac or Gel Manicure. Clients are encouraged to bring their own nail tools for sanitary reasons, and a nail care kit can be bought on site. Children are welcome for nail care, express facials, massage, and waxing, and must be supervised at all times.

Waxing and threading cover the face, brows, arms, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, legs, and back. Face waxing is not performed after retinol use, on sunburned skin, or within seven days of a chemical peel. Lash services include classic full sets, fills at two and three weeks, extension removal, lash lifts, and lash and brow tinting. Lash fills done outside the spa or by another technician are not accepted.

Packages bundle several services into one booking and include options for mothers-to-be, men, couples, and mothers and daughters. Groups can book a spa party for occasions such as bachelorette parties, weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and farewells. The spa has a private event space and hosts group parties of up to 15 to 20 guests in its first-floor Nail Care Lounge. Guests may bring their own champagne, wine, or hors d'oeuvres, and stemware is provided. Group bookings start by emailing the guest list, the services wanted, the date and time, two or three date options, and contact details to the spa.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash are accepted. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is accepted in cash only. Gift certificates do not expire and can be bought for any amount, service, or package, online or in person. The spa does not accept SpaFinder, Spa Wish, or Spa Wellness gift certificates. Prices may change without notice.
