The salon focuses on personalized, lived-in hair that fits each client's lifestyle and what they want their hair to look like. Full custom color includes an all-over toner, a root shadow and a treatment. Partial custom color adds highlights or balayage, a root shadow, gloss and a treatment. Prices for many highlight and color services vary by stylist. For a major change to hair, color correction starts with a consultation, which the salon recommends.

Smoothing options include the Brazilian blowout, the Keratin Treatment, which smooths and reduces frizz and typically lasts about 6 months, the Keratin Express Treatment, a color-locking smoothing treatment that lasts 6 to 10 weeks, and the Puraluxe Smoothing Treatment, a non-toxic, amino acid based option that lasts up to 6 months. The Malibu Treatment removes oil, mineral and product buildup from hard water, chlorine or heavy product use, and is heated for 15 to 30 minutes; it can be paired with a blow out.

Hair extension services run from consultations through weft and K tip installs, move-ups, resews, removals and tightening. K tip pricing depends on how many pieces are used, and an extension removal with wash does not include wefts, I tips or tape-ins, which are charged separately. Barbering, makeup, lash and waxing services are also offered at the salon. Children's haircuts are for children 12 and under and do not include a wash or blow dry.

Walk-ins are accepted, and many services are booked by request through the website's Book Now page. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are not charged, while cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total service fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and individual stylists' policies may vary. Gift certificates are available for barber, hair, hair removal, lash and brow, and makeup services. The salon accepts American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
