Lash extensions are made of 100% synthetic fibers and applied one at a time to each natural lash. A full set takes about 120 to 150 minutes. A fill takes about 45 to 90 minutes, depending on how many new extensions are needed, and touch-ups are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. Lash lifts typically last about 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the client's own lashes and lash cycles. Waxing services include leg waxes.

To get the most from a visit, clients are asked to arrive with no eye makeup on, to come to appointments alone, and to avoid caffeine on the day of a lash appointment. A credit or debit card is needed to hold a booking. Cancelling or rescheduling takes 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee; later changes are charged the full service price, and no-call/no-shows are charged the same to the card on file. Rescheduling outside the window to dodge the fee is not accepted, and refunds are not given. Clients can reach the studio by text or by Instagram DM.
