In the brow and lash group, the menu includes a basic brow shape done with wax or tweezers, a brow henna service that combines cleansing, hair removal and a tint for both brow hair and skin, and brow lamination, which sets the hairs for a fuller, more defined look. Lash lifting curls natural lashes from the root without using extensions. The brow lamination and lash lift effects are described as lasting several weeks.

The facial menu has two one-hour treatments. The Facial Completo combines deep cleansing, extractions, microdermabrasion, LED light and a nourishing mask. The Dermaplaning Completo swaps the microdermabrasion and extractions for dermaplaning, and also includes deep cleansing, LED light and a nourishing mask.

The Especial Powder Brow is a semi-permanent treatment that fills and defines the brows with a soft powder finish, takes about two and a half hours and is designed around each client's facial features and the look they want. Topical numbing cream is used during the procedure. Results are described as lasting between one and three years depending on skin type and aftercare, and a touch-up is often recommended once the brows have healed. Lip Blush is a separate semi-permanent treatment that enhances natural lip tone and can correct slight asymmetry, also around two and a half hours.

Some clients are not suitable for permanent makeup. The studio does not perform powder brows during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Anyone with a medical condition or who takes medication should speak with the studio before booking. Clients who have had an eyebrow tattoo or other permanent makeup need an evaluation first.

Booking is arranged by contacting the studio to choose a date and time, as appointments depend on availability. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule. All payments and promotional purchases are non-refundable. Results vary with skin type, lifestyle and healing.

Permanent makeup designs are tailored to each client's features and goals, with an evaluation first when someone has existing permanent makeup or a health concern.
