Lash work is the core of the menu. Full sets come in classic, luxury, volume and a classic-volume mix, and bottom lash extensions are available as an add-on. Refills are booked at 14 or 21 days in each style; classic refills cover up to half or 60 percent of the original set and do not include volume. A non-extension Lash Lift & Tint works with a client's own lashes, with results the business says last up to 12 weeks. Lash Removal is also offered.

Facials range from a basic cleansing visit with skin analysis and a massage to an acid facial aimed at acne scarring, pigmentation and texture. Other options address dry skin, mature skin and fine lines, and a dedicated facial is offered for men regardless of facial hair. Dermaplaning is listed as not suited to acne-prone skin. Brow services include waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and brow lamination, which the business describes as a treatment for brows that lack symmetry.

Permanent makeup covers microshaded brows, lip blush, and lip color correction for dark lips, which usually takes two to three sessions. Lip filler is offered as a semi-permanent option lasting 6 to 9 months, and the site advises avoiding caffeine and pain relievers for three to four days beforehand and taking arnica pills one to two days before.

Booking requires a non-refundable, non-transferable $25 deposit, which is applied to the cost of the appointment. Payment is by cash, Zelle or Apple Pay; debit and credit cards carry a 7 percent service fee, and new client balances must be paid in cash. Clients get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies, and arriving more than 15 minutes late means the service cannot be performed and the full cost is charged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead through the confirmation or reminder email, and late cancellations, no-shows and same-day changes are charged in full. Rescheduling requires a new $25 deposit. Guests, companions and children are not permitted unless they have their own appointment or are being serviced.
