The facial menu ranges from a 60 dollar teen facial and a 75 dollar relaxation facial up to a custom facial built around skin type and concerns. Korean advanced skincare treatments are part of the offering, and the Organic Soothing Facial uses all-natural ingredients. Acne, scar and pigmentation peels are available alone or in packages, and back acne has its own peel and treatment options.

For tightening and lifting, the menu includes radiofrequency skin tightening, a HILDM firming treatment and a non-invasive HIFU facelift. The Dimond Package bundles several RF, oxygen, aqua peeling and HIFU sessions with free add-on treatments. Collagen induction therapy (micro-therapy) and Mira-glow mesotherapy are also offered, though their prices are not listed.

Permanent makeup includes microblading, powder brows, ombre brows, hairstroke brows, combination brows, male brows, lip blush, dark lip neutralization and eyelid tattoos. Combination brows can be booked as a house call. Brow and eyelid work needs a touch-up 4 to 6 weeks after the session, and lip touch-up pricing rises with the time since the first session. Clients who have not had a lip touch-up within 24 months are assessed before booking.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to complete consultation forms and to tell the business about sensitive skin, allergies or medical conditions before treatment. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late arrivals may receive a shorter treatment. Free parking, disabled access and WiFi are available, and English and Vietnamese are spoken.
