The menu runs from classic polish to detailed gel designs.

Manicure and pedicure combinations are priced together, pairing regular polish or gel on each. The salon says the polishes are eco-friendly and free of toxins found in most other nail salons.

The space was designed in collaboration with Japanese street artist Lady Aiko. Online booking lets clients choose hands, feet, or extensions and removal. Same-day requests can be sent by text. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service price and no-shows or no-calls 100%. If a lifting or discoloration issue appears, it can be reported within 7 days for a free fix; later fixes are priced separately. The salon may decline service depending on the condition of a client's nails. Cash, major cards, Google Pay, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted. Gratuity of 15% to 30% is appreciated in cash, Venmo or Zelle rather than on card. Pets are not allowed inside, except service animals, and smoking and vaping are prohibited. Hours are 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 7pm on weekends.
