Extensions and custom color are done in the same chair, so an extension can be color-matched to a client's natural hair. Beaded weft extensions are attached with small beads, without glue, tape or heat. Every new client starts with a free 30-minute consultation that covers goals, a hair check, a shade match, and how many rows and bundles will be needed. Reinstall appointments move the rows back up as natural hair grows, and that schedule is set at the consultation.

Blonding is a large part of the menu. Balayage is hand-painted, with lightener swept onto the hair for a soft grow-out that needs less upkeep. Other options include partial and full highlights, dimensional highlights, bleach and tone, and custom color, which can combine several techniques with a haircut, blow-dry style, and toner or gloss. Color correction addresses brassy tones, banded color, box dye that came out too dark or warm, dark-to-blonde changes, and grown-out highlights. It begins with a consultation, and larger changes may take two or more sessions.

Extension hair is sold in 22-inch, 50-gram bundles in 13 shades, priced at $300 per bundle. It is premium human hair on a genius weft and is available for in-store pickup only, since the studio does not ship at this time. All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted, so the studio recommends a consultation to confirm shade before buying.
