Every service begins with a consultation that covers hair history, previous chemical services, lifestyle and maintenance preferences, and long-term goals. Stylists recommend home products after assessing hair texture, condition and lifestyle, and personalized product suggestions are given during appointments. The salon says it does not rush treatments or push services that do not fit a client's goals.

Japanese thermal straightening is the salon's signature permanent straightening service. It uses heat and chemistry to change the internal structure of the hair, and it requires a consultation plus an evaluation of any previously colored, lightened or chemically treated hair. Keratin and smoothing options, including Brazilian Blowout, formaldehyde-free keratin, KC and Magic Sleek, are chosen after consultation. Temporary smoothing reduces frizz without permanently changing hair structure and typically lasts a few weeks.

Extensions are offered as tape-in, sew-in or weft, halo or clip-in, bonded or micro-link, FreeStyler keratin bond and Nano-laser Beam. Each visit starts with a consultation on goals, hair history, texture and schedule, followed by method and color selection, and a maintenance plan that can include scheduled check-ins. Nano-laser Beam extensions use the Hairdreams Laserbeamer bonded system and add up to five strands at a time; the salon says they hold for four to six months and are sourced exclusively from Hairdreams. The salon also offers hair restoration treatments, toppers, wigs and mesh integration.

The aesthetician menu includes several named facials, such as the Four-Layer, Hydralessence, Enzyme Peel, Acne Facial, Advanced Age Defense and Evaison Sensorielle, along with eye and back treatments. Permanent make-up covers eyeliner, microblading and lip shading, using pigments the site describes as 100% certified organic; permanent make-up appointments need a follow-up about four weeks later. Skin tag removal and skin growth removal are also offered, with growth removal typically starting at $25 per growth and larger growths priced after consultation. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, full face, underarm, bikini, Brazilian, back and leg.

Services are a la carte unless noted and prices may change without notice. Women's cuts and styling run from $35 to $125 or more and men's from $25 to $95 or more, depending on stylist level. Full color starts at $100 and full balayage ranges from $175 to $395 by stylist level. Deposits are $100 for thermal straightening, extensions and some management-set appointments, and 50% for other bookings, refundable only with 48 hours' notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling or a modified service. New Talent appointments are with licensed junior stylists still building skills under a senior adviser, and model appointments are discounted with longer visit times. Children under 10 should come in only for services, and only legitimate service dogs are permitted.

Rather than offering quick fixes, the team builds long-term hair care plans and tailors a service plan to each client. Staff receive training for working with sensitive scalps, weakened hair, and intricate color requirements.
