Color visits usually begin with a 20-minute consultation for $25, which is applied to the service when the appointment is booked within 14 days. Root retouches are done with color only and no bleach, and growth over one inch is priced by how much color is used. Blonde retouches are offered for full blonde or double process work only, not balayage or ombre. Toner is recommended every 4 to 8 weeks to keep richness in color or to tone yellow and brassy shades in lightened hair.

Extension work needs a consultation first. The consultation is free and takes 20 minutes, and it is required before ordering K tip extensions. A K tip pack install takes about 300 minutes and is priced at $150 per 25-piece pack, with the deposit covering the hair. K tip extensions may last three to five months, and a wash and blowout within six weeks is included, along with a haircut at install. Removal is priced at $100 per hour and includes a wash, blowout and detangling. Tape-in installation starts at $125 per 50g pack, with a 180-minute appointment and a consultation required beforehand.

Booking terms are firm. The salon charges a 30% cancellation fee for no-shows and for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. A late cancellation or no-show forfeits the deposit, and a new deposit is needed for future bookings. All services are non-refundable, and making a deposit means agreeing to the booking terms. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Thursday and Sunday.

Color and extension clients are asked to have a consultation first, and looks are built around the inspiration the client brings in.
