About

Clients come in through the main entrance, wait in the lobby, and are escorted to the spa area by a spa assistant. Free two-hour street parking is available on Bassett Street and Little Raven Street. Services are by appointment only, and the spa is open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 6 pm.

Facials start with a consultation, which is complimentary and included in the appointment time. New clients fill out a form ahead of that first consultation and service. Afterward, the esthetician talks through skin concerns and home care, and the client leaves with samples and a brochure outlining a daily regimen. The spa recommends facials at least once a month, with the right frequency set after the first visit, and suggests one to two a month alongside a daily home routine.

The core facial line is built on Eminence Organics, a Hungarian skincare brand that the spa describes as handmade with fresh herbs and fruits. Oxygen facials from Intraceuticals are the other main line. Facial options range from a 50-minute back facial to a two-hour oxygen facial that combines Eminence and Intraceuticals treatments, and several facials add LED light, microcurrent or extractions.

Peels are offered as separate treatments and are not booked for new clients; the spa suggests a facial first. Peels are usually spaced between facials, with three to six treatments every one to two weeks suggested. Several peels are listed as having no downtime. Packages are another way to schedule regular care: clients pay for five facials and receive six, and package holders join a loyalty program with quarterly drawings and extra perks.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin after a consultation, using organic and non-invasive methods with results in mind.

The treatment rooms are described as relaxing, and robes and slippers are provided for guests.
