The menu covers men's, women's and children's cuts, including clipper cuts, undercuts, bang trims and texturizing add-ons, along with men's color. Color work ranges from quick glazes and root retouches to roots-to-ends color, partial and full foil highlights, babylights, balayage and ombre. Styling is a large part of the menu, with blow-outs in several finishes, curled finish styles, special event up-dos and trial up-do sessions. Scalp and hair treatments and an Olaplex treatment are also offered.

Services are by appointment, and walk-ins are taken when the schedule has an opening. For same-day or next-day visits, calling ahead is the best way to check. Some services cannot be booked online and must be arranged by phone. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid certain fees, and clients running late are asked to call as soon as they can. Children brought along must be supervised at all times. The salon can special order products that are not in stock and sells eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount.
