New guests begin with a consultation before their first visit. The salon suggests booking two to three weeks ahead, especially before holidays or special events. Color guests are advised to return every eight to twelve weeks to keep their color looking current, and the cost of an individual service is shared on request during that consultation.

The color menu runs from glosses and root touch-ups to partial and full highlights and a combined balayage and highlight service. Full highlights include several gloss formulas to customize the tone, and the salon uses an advanced color line for gray coverage. The retouch service includes 45 minutes of processing time and a 15-minute gloss. Haircut services use sustainable, cruelty-free products, and the salon says it uses sustainable, clean hair products throughout.

Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a visit carry a $50 fee or up to the full cost of the reserved services, charged at the next visit. Guests who miss an appointment without notice must pay a full service deposit before booking future appointments in advance. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may still be seen, though some parts of the appointment may be shortened. Major debit and credit cards, contactless payments, Venmo, Zelle and cash are accepted, but cash payments cannot receive change.

Services are built around regular maintenance, with color guests booked on a set cycle and a color formula recorded for each visit so the next appointment starts from the same base.
