The studio occupies a private suite in a shopping center just off US-130. Philadelphia is a short drive away, and Moorestown, Riverton, Palmyra and Mount Laurel are each a few minutes by car. Only one client is seen at a time, and visits are by reservation, daily from 8 AM to 9 PM. There is no waiting room and no shared chair. Free parking is directly in front of the studio, and the lot is patrolled by security.

Every visit begins with a consultation, which is part of the service and carries no separate fee. Pricing is set at that consultation based on the client's hair, and the studio does not use a fixed price list. Clients can request a time through the website or book through Fresha, or reach the studio by phone, text or WhatsApp.

Haircuts are designed around face shape, features, hair texture and daily routine. The studio says this face-reading method is common among Brazilian stylists and less common in the United States. Color work covers balayage, foilyage, highlights, Brazilian blonde, color correction and root touch-ups, and the owner's Brazilian keratin smoothing is offered in three results.

Bridal and quinceañera bookings are arranged well ahead of the date. A 30 percent deposit holds the date, and it is not refunded if the client cancels or misses the day. A date can be moved if the team is free on the new date. Bridal packages are built for each bride and can include a trial at the Cinnaminson studio, while hair and makeup on the wedding or event day is done on location where the client is getting ready. The studio says its largest quinceañera party so far had forty people.
