A visit takes place in a calm setting with soothing sounds, soft candlelight and natural aromas. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms, since late arrivals may have shortened services. Free parking is available in the front lot, with metered two-hour parking on Market Street when it is full, and lockers are available for guests.

The facial menu ranges from short spa facials to Hydrafacial treatments performed with a device, and includes a Phytomer Marine Facial that begins with a skin consultation. Massage options include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, prenatal and couples massage, and body treatments cover wraps, scrubs and detoxifying sessions. Hair services cover cuts, color, highlights and conditioning for all hair types, and the nail menu includes Gel X and Luminary manicures.

Booking requires a valid credit card, and online bookings and groups of three or more need a 50% deposit. Cancellations or changes with 48 or more hours notice avoid fees, while no-shows are charged the full service price. Gift cards are sold through the website, and the salon accepts major credit cards, cash, contactless payment and Verbena gift cards.
