Emily is a licensed massage therapist and a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist. She trained in Swedish massage, trigger point therapy and myofascial release at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, and worked with professional athletes during her studies.
Her advanced lymphatic drainage training came through the Klose Institute, where she studied the Vodder Technique in Costa Rica.
