The menu is split into separate women's and men's waxing and sugaring lists. For women, the Brazilian service can leave a small strip, a triangle or nothing at all, and there are bikini line, underarm, facial, leg and full body options, with a range of smaller single-area services. For men, the list covers back, shoulders, arms, legs, underarms, neckline, bikini line, Brazilian and full body work. The studio also offers eyebrow design, semi-permanent eyebrow tinting, a relaxing one-hour massage, and a range of facials and skincare treatments.

Waxing is done with hard wax for the bikini area, underarms and face, and with soft wax for larger areas such as legs, arms, back, chest and stomach. The studio also carries a cocoa butter hard wax for sensitive and dry skin and a turmeric hard wax for sensitive skin and intimate areas. Sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon juice and water, with no rosin and no strips. It is applied by hand at about body temperature, usually against the direction of hair growth and removed in the direction of growth, often over several passes. The paste consistency is adjusted by season and by area. The studio says sugaring is not painless but that many clients find it more comfortable than waxing.

A first visit starts with the client describing what they want on arrival. The specialist then confirms the service and the formula suited to the client's skin before starting. Staff wear disposable gloves, disinfect surfaces and equipment between clients, use disposable supplies and have a handwashing area. Booking runs through Booksy at any hour and sends automatic reminders. Some services require a 50% deposit, which staff confirm during booking. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Gift cards and prepaid packages are sold through Booksy.
