The salon sits in Centerpointe Shopping Center and is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 7pm, Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

The team works on a level system that runs from associate stylist through level 1 and level 2 to level 5, giving service providers a defined career path. The salon says every provider completes extensive training before becoming a level 1 stylist. Its stated values are teamwork, education, communication, guest experience, cleanliness and growth. The salon also aims for consistent, personal service whether a guest sees their regular stylist or someone new, and it encourages guests to switch stylists when their usual one is unavailable or when they want a fresh perspective.

Services span hair design, single-process and dimensional color, highlights, babylights and teasylights, balayage, ombre, lowlights, color glaze, corrective color and fantasy or vivid color, plus men's color. Texture options include keratin smoothing, waves and curls, and perms, along with curl-enhancing products. Extensions are offered in tape-in, tape row and sew-in methods using Amplify Hair Extensions, described as 100% Remy human hair. Makeup services include event makeup, makeup lessons and brow tinting, and guests receive a complimentary makeup touch-up after hair services. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin and full face. Treatments include a deep conditioning mask, a customized luxury treatment, ReBonding and a scalp facial.

Appointments require a credit card on file, and any changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Guests receive confirmations by text and email 48 hours before their visit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment has to be rescheduled or changed. Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a non-refundable fee of 50% of the booked services, and a no-show is charged the full amount. Guests with two or more no-shows must prepay for future visits. Children aged 8 and under should stay home unless they are booked for a service. Any children who come along must wait quietly in reception. Guests can book online, ask the front desk to phone them to help choose a service or stylist, or buy a gift card. Service concerns must be raised within 7 days, and services are not refunded. Lightly used hair products can be exchanged within 30 days. Hair tools, excluding brushes, can be fully refunded within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days. Makeup and skincare sales are final, but samples are available.

The salon focuses on teamwork, education and personal service, with the aim that guests get the same thoughtful care from any stylist on the team.
