Treatment plans are tailored to each client's individual features and goals. The practice places open communication first and guides clients through the whole process. Nurse practitioners handle medical consultations and injectable and microneedling treatments, including weight loss consultations, while estheticians offer skincare consultations and facials.

Three consultation options are listed: a 15-minute skincare consultation with an esthetician for $25, a one-hour nurse practitioner consultation for $50 that can be applied toward selected services, and a 60-minute ultrasound consultation for $250. PatientFi financing is accepted on any purchase amount, and Cherry is available on purchases of $1,000 or more; both require pre-qualification.

Before neuromodulator or filler appointments, clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours. A follow-up about two weeks after a first neuromodulator or filler treatment is advised. The practice has a 48-hour cancellation and no-show policy, with a $50 fee on weekdays and $100 on Saturdays. According to the practice, neuromodulator results typically last three to four months.
