Injectable services include tox neuromodulators for lines and wrinkles, around the forehead, frown lines, crow's feet and lips, along with gummy smiles, droopy eyebrows, sharp jawlines and chin dimpling. Tox is done in a private treatment room, usually the same day as the consultation. Injections take about 10 to 15 minutes with no recovery time, results appear within about two weeks and typically last three to four months, or up to nine with Daxxify. Dermal filler begins with a consultation on goals and facial structure, final results show within two to four weeks, and most people return to normal activities within 24 hours. PDO threads are a thread lift, presented as a less invasive alternative to facelift surgery, that inserts medical-grade thread to lift facial tissue upward.

Facials range from LED light therapy and hydrojelly masks at $35 to the Evolve Signature Facial at $100, with the Evolve Mini-Facial at $60 as a customized shorter version. Dermaplaning is offered on its own for $80 for the full face or added to any facial for $60. HydraFacial comes in Signature, a 30-minute treatment, and Deluxe and Platinum tiers, which add custom boosters, LED light therapy and, in Platinum, lymphatic drainage. Laser services include Sciton Broadband Light Therapy, Moxi, Forever Young BBL, Forever Clear, Forever Bare and Bare HR hair removal, and three Morpheus 8 options named Prime, Resurfacing and Body. Waxing covers face and body, from lips at $11 to Brazilian at $70.

Weight management uses semaglutide, or tirzepatide, given as a weekly injection and adjusted by the providers based on tolerance, weight loss and side effects. The site notes that semaglutide is FDA-approved for chronic weight management when used with a healthy diet and exercise, and that common side effects of both medications include nausea, diarrhea and vomiting.

Appointments are booked through the online platform, which also handles individual and group bookings, products, memberships, packages and gift cards. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows for injectable procedures lasting 90 minutes or more incur a 50% fee, and a $50 no-show fee applies to follow-up visits and no-charge services. Some longer injectable procedures may require a 50% deposit, and deposits are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and valid only at the Schererville location. CareCredit financing is offered. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 10 am to 4 pm, and the office is closed Sundays and major holidays.
