The facial menu runs from a 50-minute Signature Veil Facial, a customized session for relaxation and skin renewal that suits first-time facial clients, to longer treatments built around specific goals. The Veil Teen Facial addresses breakouts, oil balance and hydration for teen skin. The Pure Veil Facial targets acne and congestion with deep cleansing, extractions and blue light therapy. The Radiant Veil Facial works on dullness and uneven skin, and the Luxe Veil Facial is an anti-aging option with two forms of exfoliation and red light LED therapy, which the studio labels a fan favorite. Other options include the Silk Veil Facial with medical-grade dermaplaning, an oxygen-infused facial with no downtime, a Wedding Veil Facial made for the lead-up to a wedding, and chemical peels offered for all skin types, with strength chosen for each client.

Brow services include a tint with wax and shaping that lasts two to four weeks, a henna option whose color lasts longer and stains the skin, and brow lamination for fuller, styled brows. Lash services include a tint that darkens natural lashes for four to six weeks and a Korean lash lift and tint, described as a more advanced approach than a traditional lash lift. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, underarms, half legs and Brazilian, and a 30-minute skin consultation is available to assess skin type, concerns and goals.

The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the service cost, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full cost. Deposits of $35 apply to several facials, the Brazilian wax, brow lamination and the Korean lash lift, and $50 to the Radiant, Luxe and Wedding facials and chemical peels. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Children are not accommodated unless they are receiving a service, so clients need to arrange childcare.

Treatments are tailored: a skin consultation builds a personalized plan, and chemical peel strength is chosen for each client.
