The menu covers three areas. Hair services include shaping for children, men and women, finishing, color from single process through dimensional foils and hand-painted work, curl enhancement, Kerasilk smoothing, hair extensions, and bridal shaping and design. Nail services include gel removal, basic and dry manicures and pedicures, and gel manicures, with nail technicians who are licensed. Spa services include a range of facials, from a mini facial for teens to a PCA peel, plus dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, high frequency treatments, waxing for face and body, and lash and brow tinting and lifting.

Stylists keep up continuous training in shaping and coloring, and the hairstylists are Goldwell-certified. Several services, including bridal work, color design and extensions, are priced by consultation rather than from a fixed list. Other prices are listed as starting points, with many services priced within a range.

Visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Children are not admitted to the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Stylists continue training in shaping and color techniques, and the salon describes its estheticians as experienced.
