Bella Viaggio Salons & Spas is a family business led by Chris and Michelle Short. It has two locations: the original salon and spa on Rockingham Road in Windham, and a newer location in Salem, set inside the Artisan Hotel in Tuscan Village.

Both locations offer hair, massage, nails and spa services. Bridal and formal styling packages include bridal makeup with a trial and styling for flower girls under 10, and the Salem location also offers makeup application with lashes. Gift cards are sold. Hair prices are starting points and vary by service and by the experience level of the stylist.

On the hair side, the menu includes cuts, blowouts, single-process and foil color, balayage, and smoothing treatments such as Brazilian and keratin options. Hair extensions use Bellami and Hot Heads tape or sew-in wefts made from 100% human hair, and a complimentary consultation is offered first. Corrective color requires a consultation before booking, and at Salem each client has a consultation to choose the right option.

Massage sessions can be booked for 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. The menu covers relaxation, deep-tissue, couples, hot stone, Bella Signature and prenatal massage, along with add-ons such as cupping, a cold stone face massage and a foot scrub. Couples massages cannot be booked online, so guests call the Windham salon to schedule them. Prenatal massage is offered from the second trimester, around 13 weeks.

Ongoing education is central to the business, and its stylists continue training with leading educators.
