Stylists move through a five-level system: Associate, Junior Stylist, Stylist, Senior Stylist and Master Stylist. Level reflects education, technical development, experience, performance and client demand, and every level follows the same consultation process and salon standards. The team takes ongoing hands-on training and advanced color education.

Every visit begins with a consultation before any products are mixed. Prices are not flat rates; the final cost depends on stylist level, hair length and density, starting condition, complexity, appointment time and product needs. The stylist reviews the recommended plan and expected investment before the service starts, and the salon does not add services a guest has not agreed to. Extensions and color corrections require a consultation before the service day so the stylist can assess the hair and reserve enough time. Highlighting and balayage can be booked directly, though significantly lighter results or a previous correction call for a consultation first.

Clients can book online through the salon's Phorest page or by calling (702) 456-0026. A valid credit or debit card is needed on file to reserve, and certain services may require a deposit applied to the total. Cancellations and reschedules need a call at least 24 hours ahead, and no-shows are charged the full starting price of the booked service. Clients earn loyalty points on eligible services and retail purchases, with extra points for rebooking before leaving. Model Call appointments with newer stylists are priced at 50% off the service price plus product, are supervised by senior stylists, may run longer than standard visits, and must be reserved by phone; walk-ins are not accepted. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. According to the salon, many clients travel across the valley for its extensions, gray blending and color correction.

Plans are built around the condition and long-term health of the hair first, with color planned for Las Vegas conditions such as heat, sun, dry air and hard water, and home-care plans to protect tone and moisture.
