Tiffany leads the work and focuses most on blonding, including balayage, highlighting, corrective color and vivid colors. Every visit can begin with a free consultation to talk through hair goals before anything is booked. Guests who would prefer a quieter appointment can request a silent visit, and Tiffany aims to offer a safe, non-judgmental experience to everyone in the chair.
Product choice is central to the studio. The salon says it researches its products to confirm they are vegan and cruelty free. Lines stocked or recommended include R+Co, Danger Jones, K18, Malibu C, Leaf+Flower and Oway. New guests wanting color or lightening are asked to begin with a Malibu C Crystal Gel Treatment.
Extensions are planned during consultation. The initial cost can range from about $300 to $1,200, and maintenance from about $100 to $400 every 6 to 8 weeks. A down payment is required to buy extensions and book installation, and with proper care they are expected to last 8 to 12 months. Vivid color is not permanent and fades, and color is guaranteed only when care instructions are followed.
Booking policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice or 50% of the service is charged. A no-show is charged the full service, and rescheduling is available once that amount is paid. Appointments 15 minutes or more late may be rescheduled, canceled or edited. Tweaks and adjustments are honored for 14 days from the service date, and refunds are not offered on services performed because of the artistic nature of the work.
