Brow visits begin with mapping for first-time clients, who also pay a deposit toward their service. Returning clients seen within the past four to eight weeks book a shorter version of the same work, and anyone who has been away eight weeks or more is booked as new. Services can include waxing or threading, shaping, a hybrid dye and a subtle highlight. Brow lamination needs a patch test and a signed consent form before it can be booked.

The Korean lash lift curls and lifts natural lashes without extensions. The business says results last six to eight weeks. Clients using retinol, Retin-A or Accutane are steered away from waxing, and threading or tweezing is offered instead.

A Brow Therapy membership costs $35 a month and takes $5 off monthly brow services. Unused credits can roll over or be shared with friends and family, and members can offer friends and family rates to new guests. The BFF Therapy holds two brow wax shaping slots, so a client and a companion can book together.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day changes are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged the full price. New client deposits are not refundable but go toward the service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Hours are Monday 10 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with Wednesday and Sunday closed.

Each new client starts with a consultation and brow mapping, and brow lamination is only booked after a patch test and signed consent.
