Each appointment is planned around helping clients leave feeling confident and polished. The business describes its experience as detail-oriented, with comfort, cleanliness and careful results as priorities. Waxing is done with a hard wax that contains aloe vera leaf and chamomile. Free consultations can be booked on the site before a visit.

Booking has a few set rules. A 25% deposit is required and is non-refundable. Clients can cancel up to 24 hours before a service at no added charge, and a deposit can move to a future appointment if they reschedule inside that window. Cancelling after the window forfeits the deposit. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are seen at the artist's discretion, and clients who cannot be seen are encouraged to rebook. After two no-shows, online booking is closed and clients must contact the artist directly. No refunds are issued once a service is done. Clients under 17 need parental consent for all waxing and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Anyone with signs of illness is asked to reschedule. Taxes may apply to services.
