Straight styles are also offered: a silk press includes a deep cleanse, hydration, blowout and flat-iron styling, and the curl pattern is not permanently changed. Dry curling with a flat iron is available as an add-on, and a wash and style blowdry covers washing, conditioning and styling.

Color options range from root touch-ups and root touch-ups with a color refresh to single process color, balayage, baby-lights, classic and peekaboo highlights, and hair painting. Color removal is an add-on that lifts artificial pigment without bleach. A detangling add-on gives hair that needs extra time more room to work through tangles, knots or matting before a service.

The treatment menu includes deep hydrating, detox, botanical repair, nourishing protein, silicone-free gloss, and hair gloss treatments. Hair Boosters are chosen by hair need, and the Glow Rizos Ritual combines hydration, scalp massage, steam and curl revival. A first-time consultation costs $25, the fee is waived if the client goes ahead with a service, and new clients pay a $20 deposit for it. Travel appointments are available by prior arrangement, with a fee added by distance and longer trips quoted individually. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
