The studio does cosmetic loc and scalp care and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Services are not performed over open sores, active bleeding, severe inflammation, suspected infection or unexplained scalp lesions. Chemical processing, bleaching, permanent color and haircutting are not offered. Hair is guided toward the loc it naturally forms into rather than forced into a perfectly straight part.

Most of the menu is organized around retwists and starter locs, priced by loc count from up to 80 locs to 200 or more, with pricing and time also depending on density, length, buildup, new growth and condition. Loc detox is recommended only after the locs, scalp and buildup have been evaluated, and it is booked separately from any retwist or style. Listed prices are starting points, and the final total can change for extra time, product, corrective work or a different maintenance level.

Booking is secured with a 40% lab fee that is non-refundable and applied to the service total at completion. With more than 48 hours' notice a client may reschedule once and keep the fee, which can move to a new appointment within 30 days. Between 24 and 48 hours' notice the fee can be transferred once, and with less than 24 hours' notice it is forfeited and a 30% late-cancellation fee may apply to the unpaid balance. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Minors' appointments need consent from a parent or legal guardian who stays for the visit, and extra guests are not allowed unless booked for a service. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000.
