VanityMD operates under the legal name VanityMD Luxury Aesthetics Medspa LLC. The office sits in Lenox Towers in Buckhead, within walking distance of Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Services are by appointment only, with no walk-ins. The office is open 8:30am to 6pm Monday through Saturday, and Sunday appointments are virtual consultations only. Mobile consultations are available alongside in-office visits, and the business also offers multi-state online care.

Before a first visit, clients can join the client portal and complete their forms. A deposit is required for every appointment, and a credit card is needed to guarantee each reservation, including visits paid with a gift card. Injectable plans are built after a consultation and combine Botox and fillers when that suits the client. Microneedling and chemical peels are offered for texture, tone, fine lines, acne scars, discoloration and sun damage. HydraPeel combines exfoliation, extraction and hydration in several steps.

Wellness care covers medical weight loss guided by a physician, which may include GLP-1 receptor agonist medications when clinically appropriate, along with testosterone replacement therapy, hormone optimization programs for men and women, and performance and recovery support. Hair regrowth care is offered for thinning hair, early hair loss and scalp health. The Now Project 90-Day Transformation Program is a private online coaching program listed at $1,500 for one-on-one coaching and $2,500 for couples, with group options and self-study workbooks at $500.

Beyond client care, the business provides provider training, both hands-on and online, along with medical directorship and one-on-one or group consulting for medspa owners and medical practices. Consulting is available across the USA and internationally. The business also sells a physician-formulated skincare line, including the Daily Renewal Skincare System, and offers an ambassador program.
