Booking starts with a bridal inquiry form. The Bridal Director responds within 24 to 48 hours, and a Bridal Brochure is emailed once the form is filled out. The client then talks with the office by phone about the wedding look, and the office pairs them with a freelance artist chosen to suit it. A full-time office team handles calls, emails, timelines and contracts. A signed contract and a $200 deposit secure the chosen artists for a wedding.

Bridal previews are a central step. A preview runs about 1.5 to 2 hours and tests hair and makeup looks. It can take place in the private salon suite, where accessories are available to try on and complimentary champagne is served, or on location for an added travel fee. Previews are best booked four to six weeks ahead, and most brides book them two to three months before the wedding. Booking a preview places a tentative hold on that artist for the wedding date.

On the wedding day the artist arrives early at the client's location and brings professional tools and products into the getting-ready space. The bride's hair and makeup usually takes about two hours and each bridesmaid about 45 minutes. The final 30 to 45 minutes before leaving are kept for touch-ups. Bridal party beauty covers bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls, friends and family, and the company also does engagement photos, bridal showers, boudoir glam and other special events.

Makeup lessons come in everyday, group and destination bride formats. Topics include contouring, highlighting and eyelash application, and the destination lesson is customized to the client's style. Destination travel requires a minimum of four full services per artist, and some artists set higher minimums that clients should mention when booking.

Each client is matched with a hand-selected freelance artist who specializes in wedding-day hair and makeup, chosen after a phone conversation about the look they want.

Previews take place in a private salon suite, and the office sits in a boutique space at the Beauty Bungalows.
