The menu centers on blowouts, from a special-rate classic blowout for guests 55 and older to versions with no hot tools or with hot tool curls and soft beach waves. Other services include dry style and wash-and-braid styling, eye and full glam makeup, headspa treatments, a Brazilian blowout, updos, strip lash application and basic haircuts and trims. Color services cover lowlights, root touch-ups and highlights, with root touch-ups using L'Oreal INOA ammonia-free color.

Bridal and event work is a major part of the business. Makeup and hair can be done on site, with free travel up to 10 miles one way from the studio and a $2 per mile fee beyond that, calculated round trip. Hair and makeup trials can also be booked in the salon. On-site bookings require a non-refundable deposit and full payment 72 hours before service, and clients cover any parking, valet, toll or special access fees.

During a visit, clients are offered warm towels, light refreshments and a makeup station where a lipstick retouch is included, using disposable materials. New color and treatment clients are asked to book a free 15-minute consultation first. The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as changes inside that window may incur a 50% service fee, and no-shows may be charged the full scheduled service.

For students, the studio runs a four-hour makeup demo at $199 per person, with lower group pricing, and an eight-hour blowout class across two four-hour days. Both classes require a deposit. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
